		<description>I&#039;m somewhat ashamed to say that &#039;Yes indeed&#039; is my answer.  It&#039;s a combination of tiredness plus thinking of &#039;stuff&#039;.  I suspect most of us who have been driving for a few years have had that happen, and probably more than once.  I was a professional driver for a number of years and shortly after leaving a service centre I&#039;d seem to blink and there was the next service centre ... many miles further up the road.  Dangerous, stupid, but fully preventable.  Get enough sleep, open the window for fresh air, and if you start to get sleepy pull over to the side of the road and jog around your vehicle a few times.  You get strange looks from other drivers, but it works.  Safe travelling!!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
